Adult Acrylic Painting Sessions TUES DAY

Starting from Tuesday, 31st of January from 9am - 11am, join Artscape in exploring the skills and techniques in transforming still-life to an abstract composition, applying techniques and mediums as well as using palette knives / tools and brushes, over the course of 6 weeks.

Cost: $360 (1 class = $60), select the drop down options for which sessions suit you best, materials required can be purchased from us or sourced elsewhere.

Pad A3 disposable palette

Palette knife(s)

HB or 2B pencil

A3 Canvas paper – 6 sheets minimum

Canvas board or thin edge canvas – minimum size A3

Acrylic Paints 75ml or more – titanium white, Mars black, cadmium yellow (a medium yellow), cadmium red (a warm red), alizarin red (a cool red), ultramarine (a warm blue), phthalo blue (a cool blue). If desired burnt umber, raw sienna and yellow ochre can be added.

Range of brushes – stiffer style of synthetic bristle for acrylic paint – flat (larger sizes such as 8 or 10), round (both larger and small sizes), filbert (mid-range sizes).
