Booking Information For Bespoke Events

Deposits and Fees

All group bookings require a non-refundable deposit of $10.00 per person one month prior to your event. This will be sent as an invoice. The remainder is due on the night of the event and can be paid via cash, card or we can invoice if you are an organisation or business group.
There is a non-negotiable liquor license application fee of $104 whatever the size of your group if you wish to have alcohol.

This is a State Government requirement for any consumption of alcohol on our premises whether it is purchased from our studio or you BYO.

This fee MUST be paid with your booking deposit so we can lodge the
application on your behalf.

Bespoke Studio Fun

We require a minimum of 10 participants and can work with a maximum of 24 participants for your group booking at our studio space.

2 hour art session - $50.00 per person with all art materials included.
2 and half hour art session - $55.00 per person with all art materials included.
3 hour art session - $60.00 per person with all art materials included.

BYO food or we can cater for your group.

Catering options start at $20.00 per person for finger food, or we can negotiate a price for a specific food theme if you have something in mind.

We can come to you!

Do you have something specific in mind and would like us to come to you?
We require a minimum of 15 participants and can work with a maximum of 40
participants for your group booking.
2 hour art session - $50.00 per person with all art materials included.
2 and half hour art session - $55.00 per person with all art materials included.
3 hour art session - $60.00 per person with all art materials included.
Travel costs will apply, and locations outside of the Mount Gambier region will
incur an additional travel fee.
